Basic Terms and Conditions for Contract Farming are:

The agreement shall be for 30 years and both the parties shall bind for the same.

The IKF will have a field extension team to inspect the land and the plantation periodically and provide technical know how to the grower for raising and maintenance of Jatropha plantation.

The grower understands and agrees that it is the full responsibility of the grower to raise and maintain the plantations by receiving suitable advices from the company's field team members.

The grower undertakes to go for land preparation, ploughing, pits digging and apply manures, pesticides, fertilizers etc. and plant the planting material.

The IKF will facilitate for extending crop loan facility to the needy grower in liaision with the commercial banks.

The IKF agrees to buy the Jatropha seeds from the grower at the prevailing market price
